Unauthorized use of this trademark, or any confusingly similar mark, is strictly prohibited and protected under European Union law. By using this website, you acknowledge that all visual and brand assets are the exclusive property of E-trade j.d.o.o.
2. Proprietary Technology & Innovation
Lincoln Shield™ represents a proprietary engineering standard for integrated digital protection within sartorial garments. This system, featuring a localized electromagnetic barrier infused with metallic polymers, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Mr. Lincoln brand. Any unauthorized reproduction of this technical integration, or the use of the "Lincoln Shield" designation, is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

Jurisdiction: For general disputes, the Commercial Court in Zadar. For matters concerning European Union Trademarks, jurisdiction is extended to the competent EU Trade Mark Courts as provided under EU Regulation 2017/1001.
